5.2 Payment Terms

5.3 Refund Policy

  • Admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
  • Tuition fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if withdrawal notice is given at least 30 days in advance
  • No refunds will be provided for absences or mid-term withdrawals without proper notice
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing

5.4 Fee Revision

The school reserves the right to revise fees annually. Parents will be notified at least 60 days before any fee increase takes effect.

6. Student Conduct and Discipline

All students are expected to:

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Admission Policy, Fee Structure, Parent Handbook, and other school policies. All documents together form the complete agreement between parents/guardians and Kiddies Montessori School.
